This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled on ICC Shop (shop.icc.com.bd). Our aim is to make the process clear, fair, and efficient for both buyers and sellers while protecting product authenticity and marketplace integrity.

1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to purchases made on ICC Shop unless a specific product listing, seller agreement, or manufacturer warranty states otherwise. Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made products, and regulated goods) may have different return rules; check the product listing for any exceptions.

2. Return Window & Eligibility

Unless otherwise specified in the product details, most items are eligible for return within 7–14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must generally be:

  • Returned in substantially the same condition as delivered (unused, with original packaging and tags).

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Not-as-Described Items

If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from its listing (not-as-described), notify ICC Shop or the seller within the return window. We will investigate and may request photographic evidence, videos, or inspection. Valid claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

  • Report visible damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery when possible.
  • Do not discard original packaging or accessories until the claim is resolved.

4. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

Some products are non-returnable or subject to special conditions. Typical exclusions include:

  • Perishable goods, consumables, opened personal care items, and sealed software unless defective.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items unless faulty.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow the steps in your order details or contact Seller Support via the seller/buyer dashboard. Typical steps include:

  1. Open a return request in the ICC Shop order dashboard and select the reason for return.
  2. Provide requested evidence (photos, videos, order invoice) if the item is damaged or not-as-described.
  3. Await return authorization and shipping instructions from ICC Shop or the seller.
  4. Ship the item back according to the provided instructions, using tracking where possible.

6. Return Shipping & Costs

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for return and seller or platform policies:

  • If the return is due to a seller error, defective product, or not-as-described item, the seller or ICC Shop will generally cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to buyer preference (change of mind, incorrect size choice), the buyer may be responsible for return shipping and any associated fees.
  • Refunds for shipping costs will follow seller/platform rules and may be subject to verification.

7. Refund Method & Timelines

Once a return is accepted and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or an alternative agreed method. Refund timelines depend on payment provider and bank processing times.

  • Refunds are typically initiated within 3–7 business days after receipt and inspection.
  • Bank or card refunds may take additional time to appear on the buyer’s account.

8. Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees

Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition that reduces resale value (e.g., missing accessories, damaged packaging). Restocking or inspection fees may apply where explicitly stated in the product listing or seller agreement.

9. Warranty & Manufacturer Claims

Some products include manufacturer warranties or repair options. Warranty claims are handled per manufacturer terms where applicable. ICC Shop can assist with warranty coordination between buyers, sellers, or authorized service centers.

10. Seller & Buyer Responsibilities

Sellers must honor return commitments when claims are valid and cooperate with ICC Shop in resolving disputes. Buyers must follow return instructions, provide accurate evidence for claims, and return items in the agreed condition.

11. Disputes, Investigations & Evidence

ICC Shop may investigate returns and refund requests that appear irregular or disputed. Both buyers and sellers should provide requested documentation and cooperate. Decisions are based on evidence, platform policy, and applicable laws.

12. Fraud, Abuse & Policy Violations

Attempts to abuse the return process (e.g., repeated false claims, returning used items as new) may lead to penalties, account restrictions, or legal action. Report suspected abuse to ICC Shop immediately.

13. Policy Updates & Contact
